How to Make Hot Pastrami Sandwiches in a Slow Cooker
Hey y’all! GOODe Ole Boy here!
We recently received an email from one of our long time Crock Posse members, Sara O. or as I call her on our YouTube channel, “Sarah OOOoooooooo!” I’m not sure why, it’s just fun to say 🙂
Miss Sarah sent us the following email: “Hey I know that in the past you said if we had a favorite recipe we wanted to share to reach out. I have so many and very few are crock pot recipes, anyways today I am cooking a family favorite around here and I wanted to share if thats ok.So my husband loves pastrami sandwiches from this place only in California where we are from so when we moved to South Dakota I decided to try and make one and this is what I came up with.
Well we took Miss Sarah’s recipe and took it for a test drive for our “Cookin’ Cris’ Dishes” segment on our YouTube Channel and it was a HUGE hit! Just like Sarah’s hubby, I used the juices as a dip for the sandwich. She says they’re also great with mustard!
