Wine Menu

Lakeside Wynn Las Vegas has a 400-label wine list that features wine from all over, but primarily France and California. There are multiple wine options to accompany each menu option so you can elevate your dining experience to the highest level. Wine can be ordered by the glass, half bottle, or full bottle.

Executive chef David Middleton is passionate about maintaining an impressive wine menu to pair with his seafood-centric menu, so the menu is updated as needed to maintain the best flavor pairings.

Raw & Chilled

Fresh, raw, and chilled seafood doesn’t get much better than what you’ll find at Lakeside Wynn. There’s a classic jumbo shrimp co*cktail, steak tartare with pickled vegetables, and oysters by the half dozen. Spice-crusted big-eye tuna is made with Furikake, yuzu truffle aioli, citrus, and coriander Blume.

The most popular item on the raw and chilled menu is the shellfish plateau. The plateau can be ordered petite or grand. The petite plateau includes a Maine lobster tail, shrimp co*cktail with co*cktail sauce, oysters, and king crab legs. The grand plateau has Maine lobster, king crab legs, oysters, jumbo shrimp, tuna tartare, and crab salad.

Caviar

Try the finer things in life with caviar at Lakeside Wynn. There is ostera, domestic white sturgeon, and 000 Golden ostera caviar. Each type of caviar is served in 28-gram portions with warm blinis, toast points, and traditional accompaniments.

The domestic white sturgeon caviar is the most affordable at $95 per serving, while the 000 Golden Ostera is the most expensive at $375 per serving.

Appetizers

Start your meal with a tasty appetizer starting at $20 up to $33. If you want something light and fresh, the caesar salad or Maryland crab cake will hit the mark. For more savory flavors, try the shrimp and white bean soup or vegan-friendly crispy dumplings with Impossible Meat.

If you’re in search of a truly unique appetizer, the chili-rubbed charred octopus with pickled lemon, garlic aioli, baby potatoes, and arugula is sure to excite your taste buds.

Main Entrees

Entrees at Lakeside Wynn are priced from $40 to $68, but don’t be fooled into thinking the lower-priced entrees taste any less incredible! This section of Lakeside’s transportive menu is where the globally sourced fresh seafood cooking really gets to shine.

Each entree is great in its own way, but some dishes are more widely loved as customer favorites than others. The bouillabaisse with roasted shellfish, rouille, crispy saffron rice, and seafood broth is a crowd-pleasing Lakeside classic.

New Zealand Big Glory Bay King Salmon with orange miso, curried eggplant caviar, and king trumpet mushroom is a unique recipe that’s been perfected over time. There are nine entrees in total which can be paired with your choice of sides, steaks, appetizers, and chilled or raw items.

Oven Roasted Lobsters & King Crab

Fresh shellfish is part of what Lakeside is best known for. Try rock lobster, Maine lobster, or prime-cut king crab prepared simply or with a chili rub. Each dish is served with your choice of drawn, brazil yuzu, or harissa butter.

All fresh lobster and crab are sold at market price, which changes regularly.

Charred Steaks

Charred steaks are cooked to perfection and served to your specifications with several optional add-ons available. There is a 9 oz filet mignon, 18 oz boneless ribeye, and 18 oz dry-aged bone-in New York strip.

If you want to taste true luxury cuisine, the domestic Wagyu New York strip is available at $105 for a 12 oz serving, or the Japanese Wagyu New York Strip is available at $220 for 4 oz. Additional Japanese wagyu can be added for $55 per ounce.

Optional steak add-ons include broiled king crab, grilled tiger shrimp, roasted Maine lobster tail, and seared diver scallops.

Sides

There are six sides available that can be added to any order. Whipped potatoes, roasted mushrooms, roasted Brussels sprouts, parmesan truffle fries with tomato aioli, and polenta & peppers each cost $19 per side order. The baked mac n cheese with white cheddar and paprika herbed bread crumbs is $20 per side order.

Desserts

The indulgent desserts at Lakeside are sure to end your meal on a high note. The chocolate chip cookie souffle with vanilla Anglaise, brown butter cookie, and vanilla ice cream is a popular choice. If you want something with the perfect texture, try pumpkin cheesecake with toasted spiced cake, walnut brittle, and red fruit gel.

What makes the desserts at Lakeside stand out are the housemade ice cream and sorbet flavors used. The tea & honey dessert has honey marshmallows, Bergamot cremeux, and earl grey ice cream. Desserts are priced from $14 to $24.

If you want to share a dessert with the table, the Kaua’i Sugarloaf Pineapple Upside Down Cake with brown sugar toffee and coconut sorbet is $32.

Specialty co*cktails

If you prefer a co*cktail over a glass of wine, there are plenty of choices at Lakeside. The full bar can craft all your favorite classics, and there’s a specialty co*cktail menu too. The specialty co*cktail menu includes favorites like the Strawberry Spritz, All Night Long, Smoke on the Water, and Lakeside Smash.

The perfectly themed co*cktails not only fit right in at Lakeside, but they taste incredible too.

Lakeside at Wynn Las Vegas has an elegant and luxurious atmosphere. With a pricey menu, dress code, and no children under five policy, it’s easy for the restaurant to maintain a level of elevated, luxe dining for guests. The staff is extremely helpful if you need help choosing what to order or finding the right wine pairing.

This is a great spot to celebrate an anniversary, birthday dinner, and more special occasions.

Outdoor Dining View

Outdoor dining at Lakeside restaurant invites guests to relax while dining alongside Wynn’s Lake of Dreams. In true Las Vegas fashion, this isn’t an ordinary lake. It features a 90-foot curtain waterfall and imaginative light shows at nightfall.

The outdoor dining terrace is surrounded by pine-topped hillsides for an intimate, immersive al fresco dining experience. There is indoor dining available as well, but it’s a true indoor-outdoor design, so even indoor diners can enjoy the outdoor ambiance.

Lakeside at Wynn Las Vegas is open from 5:30 PM to 10 PM Sunday to Thursday and 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM Friday and Saturday.

Reservations are not required, but it’s the best way to prevent a long wait during the busy dinner service, especially on weekends. Reservations are recommended for group dining too. Reservations can be made online or by calling 702-770-3310.

The dress code at Lakeside Wynn is resort elegant. Ladies should wear dressy attire, while men should wear collared shirts. Shorts, along with sports apparel and open-toed shoes, are not permitted in the restaurant.

You may be turned away if you don’t meet the dress code requirements, even if you have a standing reservation.

Lakeside Wynn is located by the Lake of Dreams at Wynn Las Vegas. Accessible just past the resort registration desk, next to Aft co*cktail Deck, is the water’s edge lake-level entrance to Lakeside.

David Middleton has been the executive chef at Lakeside Wynn since May 2021. David was born and raised in California but was trained in the culinary world using french techniques. He uses this background to inspire dishes that capture the best of both American and French styles.

At Lakeside Wynn Las Vegas, Middleton has been excited to feature the best wild-caught seafood items from around the globe. The seafood is caught, transported, and prepared at Lakeside in as little time as possible so it can be served to the customer as fresh as possible. Sustainably sourced seafood is important to this executive chef, and the same can’t be said for many seafood restaurants.

TripAdvisor

Lakeside is ranked quite well on TripAdvisor, currently sitting at #157 out of 3,139 Las Vegas restaurants on the platform. Lakeside was also awarded the Travelers’ Choice Award in 2022. Reviews note how wonderful the outdoor seating is and complement numerous menu items, including prime-aged steaks, grilled asparagus, and king crab legs.

Yelp

Lakeside Wynn Las Vegas has 875 reviews on Yelp with a 4-star average rating. The reviewers speak very highly of the food quality and atmosphere in the restaurant. There are a select few Yelpers who visited the restaurant on a busy night without a reservation and had to wait a half hour to get seated, but overall the service experience was positive.

OpenTable

Lakeside has received thousands of positive reviews on OpenTable. With 2,751 reviews, the restaurant has a 4.8-star overall rating. Reviewers note how romantic and innovative Lakeside is. While the menu can be a bit pricey, the overall consensus is that it’s well worth the cost.

Forbes

Lakeside has won the highly sought-after Forbes Travel Guide Award. This award is only granted to the best restaurants that offer a combination of high-quality ingredients, an excellent ambiance, a carefully curated menu, and incredible customer service.
