Most items ship from our warehouse in Milwaukee, WI, but if you are ordering a heavy or oversized item, we often have the manufacturer ship it directly to you to reduce shipping costs and save you money. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on shipment weight and destination. Eartheasy can ship to residential and commercial addresses in all 50 US States, but unfortunately oversized products do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. If you are in Alaska or Hawaii and have your heart set on an oversized item, give us a call and we’ll try our best to help you with a freight quote. Unfortunately we do not ship to U.S. Territories or U.S. military installations at this time, but we are working on making these options available soon.
Canada:
Please check product pages to see whether your product is eligible for shipping to Canada, as unfortunately there are some products we cannot ship across the border. Canadian orders ship weekly on Thursdays via Purolator International and shipping costs include duties and taxes. Unfortunately, expedited shipping to Canada is not available at this time.

Processing Time & Shipping Charges:
The "Lead Time" on a product specifies the number of business days for your item to be prepared by our warehouse. The Lead Time does not include the date the order is placed. This also applies for all shipping methods, including express methods. If your item is shipping freight, you will receive a call to schedule the delivery with your driver. If your shopping cart has multiple items, a shipping charge may apply even if some items are listed as "Free Shipping", as charges apply to items rather than total cart quantities.

Made in the USA from cedar, these raised beds are sturdy and easy to assemble.Cedar raised garden beds are a popular choice for growing vegetables, flowers, and herbs in traditional row gardens. Their open bottoms allow roots to grow into the soil beneath to access nutrients and important soil biology.
The corners are half-lapped and secured with rust-proof steel rods, which keep the corners from working loose. It's easy to stack the boards to build raised beds in many different heights.

Dimensions
The raised bed side boards are made from resawn cedar that's a full 1-inch thick and 5 1/2 inches high.Two boards stacked give the raised beds a height of 11 inches. Three boards stacked make a 16.5 inch raised bed, and four boards stacked make a 22 inch raised bed. Raised beds can be stacked as high as 33 inches.
Each size comes with corner pins the same height as the bed you order, so you can put the raised bed on hard ground or a patio if needed, and the tops of the pins will be flush with the top of the bed.
Raised beds 5 feet and longer come with rust-proof steel crossbars, which prevent the longer beds from bowing under the weight of the soil.

To further increase the lifespan of your raised beds, you can apply a stain or sealant. We offer Eco Wood Treatmentas one option.Eco Wood Treatment works by penetrating wood fibers to create a natural buffer against water and fungal decay. It increases wood's durability while creating an aged, silvery patina after just a few hours.

The simple design of these kits allows wood to shrink and swell, for better strength and durability in wet and dry conditions. Hardware like screws and nails eventually loosen as wood ages. Our raised beds assemble with rust-proof steel rods set securely through the ends of each board. So after years of exposure the raised bed won't fall apart, and yet it can be disassembled by hand if needed.

No tools are required to assemble the basic raised beds.The finishing trim pieces attach with included screws, and a power screwdriver is recommended. Assembly instructions are included.
We recommend letting the boards sit in a garage, shed or covered area for 3-5 days to allow the boards to acclimatize to their new environment. This helps to prevent anycupping, warping, and gapping.
